Turquoise is regarded as a sacred gemstone by many cultures. In Tibet, it is seen as a symbol of nobility. Tibetans believe turquoise is connected to the soul, possessing divine power to protect the wearer from calamity and bring good fortune and peace.
Cowrie shells, white as jade, are sacred Buddhist relics. Alongside gold, silver, crystal, agate, coral, and amber, they are revered as one of the Seven Treasures in Buddhism.
Wearing Tips:
Avoid contact with water and chemical products such as shampoo, body wash, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, etc. Chemical ingredients may cause turquoise to change color.
Turquoise is also sensitive to acidic substances in sweat. It is recommended to remove it before exercising for protection.
