The efficacy of cinnamon is used for impotence, chest and abdominal cold, discomfort and pain, diarrhea, amenorrhea. It has the benefit of warming the meridian to active blood.

It can be served hot or cold in 500ml water, rest a few minutes, and to be brewed until the taste is light. Taste of which is sweet and warm in the mouth. You can also add honey or maple syrup to make it more delicious .
